The SPAR Go-Getter Experience is youth development with a difference.
The programme targets three areas of growth — self-awareness, soft skills, and work experience — and showcases careers in the retail industry. Real opportunities are at stake for motivated young people, who must prove their potential by progressing through three work-readiness events.
Round 1 of the programme, Career Open Day, is about connecting learners with relatable role models and inspiring stories. Shout out to the 20 SPAR speakers and 150 learners who attended the event!
