World of Work Career Festival
Our mission is to connect grade 10-11 learners from the Western Cape and the Eastern Cape with real jobs and careers across diverse industries, from retail to healthcare, engineering to agriculture, manufacturing to finance and so much more.
Held as a one-day event, the FutureMe Foundation works with the Department of Education to bring schools, learners, and employers together. Our goal is to empower learners, expanding their study and career horizons so they can make informed decisions about their futures. We shine a spotlight on lesser-known, high-demand careers, unlocking new possibilities and fostering knowledge and awareness.
We believe that World of Work Career Festival presents a different narrative about career opportunities in South Africa, emphasizing job availability and the power young people have to make a difference.
Join us at the World of Work Career Festival and be a part of shaping the future of tomorrow’s talent.
The World of Work Festival owes its reputation as a life-changing event to the invaluable assistance and backing from donors and sponsors. If you aren’t able to actively participate as an exhibitor, but would like to contribute to this life-changing event, we will gratefully accept donations of any kind.
